Ellen Henderson Dover is Of Counsel with Marks & Weinberg, P.C. and
concentrates her practice on commercial business litigation and general
business law. For the past thirteen years, Ellen’s varied practice
has included numerous cases in state and federal court involving complex
business issues, such as the enforcement of noncompetition agreements
and other formal employment agreements, commercial leasing disputes,
shareholder disputes, construction matters, as well as other complex
contractual issues. Ms. Dover has extensive trial and motion practice
experience and has successfully represented national and international
corporate clients, as well as individuals, involved in business
disputes. At Marks & Weinberg, Ms. Dover continues to use her
experience to represent the firm’s clients in the enforcement of their
contractual rights and with any other business dispute for which they
need counsel.

Personal
Ellen and her husband, Jim, live in Hoover, Alabama along with their two
dogs, Molly and Rowdy. Ellen is a Birmingham native and a huge Auburn
football fan (“War Eagle”). She admits, however, to cheering for
Syracuse during basketball season. When not practicing law, Ellen loves
spending time with her family and friends, reading and enjoying the
outdoors.
