Since
becoming a lawyer in 1993, Bill Phillips has enjoyed a broad experience
in commercial law. Bill’s transactional work includes commercial real
estate loans, equipment leases, contract negotiation and condominium
documentation. He has significant experience in creditors’ rights
including commercial and retail collections litigation, workouts,
foreclosures, replevin suits, lien enforcement and bankruptcy. Bill’s
clients have included banks such as AmSouth Bank and Regions Bank,
finance companies, vendors, real estate developers and homeowner
associations. Bill also served as an in-house counsel for Community
Bank.
Bill is Of Counsel with Marks & Weinberg. He continues to work in
transactional matters, collection litigation and general business law.
